Providentia is a social housing company, with a work area in 26 cities. Their activities exist in the realization of the constructions for social homes, this for renting or buying purposes. The company also manages a patrimony of more than 3200 rental properties.

 

Providentia is a perfect example of the great collaboration between our two companies (Phoenixs and Cyclops). First Phoenixs was asked for Interim/Change Management, but from the first meeting it turned out that there were a lot of projects in need of starting up. We are now combining Interim and Change Management with Project Management.
