This means that after we have defined the strategical plans, the restructuring of the existing organization, the preparation of the merges of companies…, we place the ‘boots on the ground’ ad interim and take the lead in the operational realization of the common defined targets. We are continuously looking for people to assist us in this mission to ‘walk the talk’ and assist our clients.
Who are we looking for?
an operational managers (HR manager, plant manager, change managers…) with experience in leading teams;
a strategical mastermind with the ability to convince people;
a communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the affinity to motivate people to work together and realize a common well-defined target;
an endless optimist!
What do we require from you?
a master’s degree background in (but not limited to) Psychology, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent work experience;
fluent Dutch, French and English;
a good knowledge of operational, lean and/or change management
project management, as a plus;
resistance to stress and pressure;
flexibility to travel within Belgium.
