This means that after we have defined the strategical plans, the restructuring of the existing organization, the preparation of the merges of companies…, we place the ‘boots on the ground’ ad interim and take the lead in the operational realization of the common defined targets. What do we require from you?

• a master’s degree background in (but not limited to) Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources or equivalent work experience;

• fluent Dutch, French and English;

• a good knowledge of operational, lean and/or change management;

• project management, as a plus;

• resistance to stress and pressure;

• flexibility to travel within Belgium.
