We are currently offering a traineeship program to a high potential to learn the ins and outs of being a change manager. We offer you a 2-year trajectory to prepare you for your future career as a change manager by working on various projects in the field.

You are:

You need: 

• a bachelor or master’s degree background in (but not limited to) Business Management, Psychology, Business Engineering, Human Resources, Law; 

• no or limited experience

• to speak English, Dutch or French fluently;

• to be stress and pressure resistant;

• to be flexible to travel within Belgium
