Change management traineeship

Are you a Business Management or Psychology graduate looking for a first experience in the fascinating world of change management? In that case, Phoenixs has an opportunity for you! We are currently offering a traineeship program to a high potential to learn the ins and outs of being a change manager. We offer you a 2-year trajectory to prepare you for your future career as a change manager by working on various projects in the field.

You are:

  • a high potential with ambition and motivation;

  • a problem solver with the willpower to develop strategical plans;

  • a strategical mastermind with the ability to convince people;

  • a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills;

  • a team player to realize common well-defined targets;

  • flexible to work on projects with different scope;

  • an endless optimist!

You need: 

  • a bachelor or master’s degree background in (but not limited to) Business Management, Psychology, Business Engineering, Human Resources, Law; 

  • no or limited experience

  • to speak English, Dutch or French fluently;

  • to be stress and pressure resistant;

  • to be flexible to travel within Belgium
